Public bug reported:
Vertical scroll does not work any more. It worked in 8.10 but not after
an upgrade to 9.04 (current in development)
Tap to click does still work.
I have tried to disable/enable vertical scroll but there was no
difference.
Please assist how I can give more usable information about the system to
help find the issue.
