Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: xfce4-panel
"Icon box" always displays icons horizontally, even when the panel is
vertical.
Therefore, only one icon is accessible when the panel is vertical,
rendering the "Icon box" widget unusable on a vertical panel.
Steps to reproduce:
-make panel vertical
-have "Icon box" on it
-open more than one application
-only one icon will be visible & accessible
# lsb_release -rd
