Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ksmserver

Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu jaunty (development branch)
Release: 9.04
Codename: jaunty

Linux 2.6.28-8-generic #26-Ubuntu SMP Wed Feb 25 04:28:54 UTC 2009 i686
GNU/Linux

I've recently updated to Jaunty alpha 5, while trying to diagnose a few
other issues (including screensaver problems, and certain keyboard
shortcuts not working), I came across numerous processes coming up
defunct, all of which coming from ksmserver.

These apps all seem to be working, I have volume control, I have mixer
control, wallet is functional, etc.

The screensaver issue I will have to report a secondary bug for, but
it's in there as well I see.
