We're closing this bug as to fix this you need to run 'dpkg --configure
-a' in a terminal. If this fails please paste the full error message
here and reopen the bug by setting the status to 'New'. Please report
any other bugs you may find.

I am confused: the bug title tells about a problem with a PPA GPG key
(and then Georges comment, above, should be followed, but the error
messages in the description point to a dpkg issue.
To boot, the bug was opened against gnome-terminal, which is clearly not
the correct package either way.
If it's some dpkg bug, the solution is quite explicit : dpkg was
interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the
problem.
