* debian/control: Only suggest libbcprov-java-gcj on selected architectures,

Runtime dependency should be "default-jre-headless | java2-runtime-
headless" so that it works with or without a full JRE and, if nothing
installed, pulls our default headless JRE (openjdk-6-jre-headless on
amd64/i386).
