No good display of subtitles in cp1250 encoding also.
Options under Preferences>Subtitles>Encoding not working either.
Mplayer sometimes crashes when loading subtitles.
Subtitles not loading automatically on opening a movie file from the
disk.

- 1) get any video file, any russian utf-8 encoded (may be, any
language/encoding is buggy) srt-subtit
Also, mplayer plays normally _some_ files, some are buggy. Do not know
what's the difference for mplayer between the files, may be the codecs:
