Why is this marked as Triaged in Bazaar GTK+ Frontends? Isn't it a
Bazaar GTK+ Frontends bug?
Present in Lucid alpha 3. Could libunique be a good solution to this

In my case I came across this problem because I didn't think bzr-notify
was running as it wasn't visible in the notification area. Nor can I see
how to make it visible in the notification area.
Ubuntu 9.04 (Beta), fully patched as of 09/04/09

I'm not sure whether this should be an error or not. It seems like it should to
me, but crashing like this obviously isn't ideal.
