the patch seems rather large with quite some unrelated changes.
furthermore, it lacks explanations about the actual problem and is not
understandable as-is. I therefore have to reject to apply it to the
ffmpeg package in this form.
I strongly suggest that the author of the patch gets in touch with
setting to won't fix because I have to reject it in the current for,
if this has been merged upstream or a less invasive patch is created,
feel free to reset the status to New
