for (hopeful) inclusion in feisty, why was the bug's status changed to

They are in stable/contrib
We seem to have had many of them in Breezy but not in Dapper.

Debian has this package:
http://packages.debian.org/stable/devel/acl-alisp
(be sure to include the acl-pro-installer dependency) that has the
necessary scripts to setup alisp (it's for the 6.2 version, but works
for the 7.0... Don't know about the 8.0).
The other bug (bug #60835) is a bug in the
