There you're talking about the notification-bubbles content (the text),
which you'd like to see fading, if it changes during the life-time of a
bubble. In your last comment you refer to the compiz-plugin "fade",
which only affe
With the fade compiz plugin enabled this is done automatically, als it fades
when the mouse cursor moves in/out the bubble.
