Public bug reported:

The system started okay but the screen was so large. I tried to adjust
the resolution but could not access the control button, which is hidden
well below the screen. The screen would only move sideways and will not
move up or down. I hit the tab key several times hoping it will land on
the correct control. After several attemps, I finally hit the correct
button and was able to restore my screen resolution. Suggestion: User
should be able to move the window/screen in all direction to gain access
to the controls or place the control in an area that is visible and
easily accessible.

I'm using Ubuntu release 8.10.
