The problem no longer repros on this hardware with Karmic and latest
updates installed on a partition. Perhaps 417842 was the fix.
I marked invalid (hope that is correct status for no longer repros).

I booted the release Karmic Live-CD and it was able to return from
suspend, however it took quite some time and I had a kernel oops to
report with apport when the UI came back. Looks to be a duplicate of
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/417842 for which a
recent fix has been rel
Since this report have a long time without activity, could you check (if
is possible) in latest version included in Karmic if this issue is still

/usr/share/gnome-power-manager/gnome-power-bugreport was not in the path
on the Live CD, so perhaps that it why it wasn't automatically attached
via ubuntu-bug.

Doesn't look like much useful info got attached. If someone has time to
look at this (or it should have been "ubuntu-bug -p kernel" instead of
gnome-power-manager) please let me know what else I should attach.
