Has this been "fixed" in 9.10? Also, not sure I agree with the spec.
If I'm going to close a tab in Firefox and a notification pops up (and
stays unhidden), it blocks my ability to interact with Firefox
appropriately. Wouldn't it be better if the notification was
automatically blurred and faded a
