Uninstalling Brasero has been a good workaround for me; nautilus-cd-
burner works fine.

I have the same issue. My .xsession-errors was rather large, so I
thought I would clear it out and reproduce the issue to get only the
relevant logs. Unfortunately, after clearing the file, nothing new is
added to it when I reproduce the issue. Note that I can reproduce the
issue whether I attempt

I can confirm this. Only that the order of buttons is reversed for me
(the one with the disc icon is Brasero, which appears below the n-c-b
one).
