If you have a look at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qutim/+publishinghistory you will
see that the package was removed from the archive.
It's not worth fixing the bug for Jaunty. For karmic it should not be
reproducible.

Fixed the typo.
I ran debuild -S on this to get the dsc files, but qmake seems to have
generated lots of new stuff. Apologies if I should've just generated a
diff from the source before building.

I tried building the package with only the relevant parts of your patch
and was unable to build it under Karmic. Looking further it seems that
this package was last built on Intrepid and has not been updated since
its initial release.
