Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

When I first installed Jaunty alpha 6, xdpyinfo shown correct dpi - 125.
But after updates from 24.03 dpi was set to 96. But Xorg.0.log still shows 
correct screen size:

Image size is correct here. But not in xdpyinfo output:

  resolution:    96x96 dots per inch

Looks like, that something forced dpi to 96.
