Public bug reported: The system was hibernated before it was started. During the start-up it showed the Ubuntu logo, but didn't continue to boot. This bug shows up occasionally, but most often hibernating and resuming does work correctly. It doesn't seem to matter wether the hibernation was performed after another hibernate and resume or from a cold boot, in both cases this bug has occured. Before updating from Gutsy to Jaunty beta the same problem appeared.
ProblemType: KernelOops Annotation: This occured during a previous hibernate and prevented it from resuming properly.
