Public bug reported: Binary package hint: knetworkmanager
When prompting for credentials to connect to a new network, Knetwork Manager will store all corresponding data into the KWallet, however it fails to recall this data again on successive sessions, resulting in the user having to reinput all necessary information. This same data is then stored again in the KWallet, under a different key. When I choose a network from the network manager list, I expect it to recall all necessary data to connect to it if it had been connected to previously (e.g. has same essid, AP-mac address, etc). Instead, it just prompts as if it was a new network and stores the duplicated data elsewhere. ** Affects: knetworkmanager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- knetwork manager does not recall stored passwords https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/350976 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
