Since the installation of Kubuntu Jaunty Beta, Konqueror has a very bad
scrolling behaviour which is nearly unusable. It is not smooth in any way, but
very jerky, especially when using the mouse wheel, but also with arrow keys.
I renamed my (old) konqueror settings in .kde (both config and apps), but the
problem still occurs.
None of the options for "Smooth scrolling" has an remarkable effect.
Kwin effects have no influence either and other browsers like Opera and Firefox
do well.
I have Intel graphics (Intel Corporation Mobile GM965/GL960 Integrated
Graphics Controller (rev 0c)).
