Hmm, not quite sure why this bug didn't get closed. In pidgin-libnotify
0.14-1ubuntu8 the notifications are all tracked for a given
conversation. So when a conversation gets or has focus they are all
closed. Also, chat rooms that are connected while the account is being
connected and get message
Also in relation to this bug, it would be nice to have some notification
manager command to say "clear the queue", and temporary disable notification
queues aso.
Currently pidgin sent quite a log of notifications (due to a bug in the server
where I had to reconnect to the chat room a few times
