Package: libgpgme11
Depends: libc6 (>= 2.8), libgpg-error0 (>= 1.4), libpth20 (>= 2.0.7), gnupg (>= 
1.4.6-2), gnupg2 (>= 2.0.4)

This causes both gnupg and gnupg2 to land on the Ubuntu CDs, which in
turn pulls in gnupg-agent and pinentry-gtk2. This not only wastes space,
but also "shadows" seahorse for gpg passphrase entry, which looks ugly.
