kmail doesn't remember manually sorted folder list and accounts order

Confirm on Kubuntu 9.04 with KDE 4.2.2 and Kmail Version 1.11.2.
Ordering of accounts and folders didn't saved and after restart application -
resets to default.
In list settings (right click on list header columns) changing "Sort Items" to
"Automatically" and back to "Manually" didn't help.
