Maybe another false "now it works", but so far using kernel 2.6.28
allows me to suspend/resume successfully.
I tested 2.6.29 and 2.6.29.1 and neither of those allowed me to
suspend/resume successfully. After switching back to 2.6.28.8
suspend/resume does work

Dough! I spoke too soon. This morning the laptop failed to resume
again though QT 4.5 is installed. Now I'm not sure what the problem is.
