It is possible to schange fahrenheit to centigrades by changing units
system instead of the whole locale in system settings

A recent update implemented KDE localization support based upon the
country set as your locale. What is your locale set as?

System monitor temperature shows fahrenheit instead centigrades
I changed locale to Italy, and the temperatures are shows in
centigrades. But I tried to switch to US and after reboot the
temperatures are still in centigrades instead in fahrenheit.
