Public bug reported:

Problem seems to occur sometimes. No idea when exactly as usually the
machine is off by the time I recieve it (it's a laptop and another
person uses it sporadically with guest session).

I leave the laptop with guest logged in. By the time I gte it back it's
off and apport informs about the bug. Long bootup suggests fscks.
