I can get Cheese to work in Jaunty under KDE. However, it will not save
a photo to disk nor will it iconify the snapshot. Running it in
adminstrator mode (sudo cheese) gets me the following:

I've also discovered that it works when I sudo into cheese, but not
otherwise. I'm in the audio/video groups, is there something that's
missing here?
