I haven't been able to do any testing recently regarding this and other bugs

Just finished testing the latest version 0.8.13 running off live USB
stick and with a old USB attached IDE hard drive.
Everything worked perfect, no issues with bugs #372508 nor #372512
either.

This is normal if there's not enough signal to get the PAT/ PMT tables
from the stream. A signal lock message doesn't mean much. Does any
other DVB application work for you?
