Binary package hint: kdebase

Ejecting and reinserting a USB memory pen drive results in two Dolphin
windows.  The new one shows the current files, while the old window is
blank, even though both Dolphin windows state that they are viewing the
same place.  Better would be if the old instance of Dolphin were either
used or killed.  After ejecting and reinserting a pen drive several
times during the day, I am left with five or ten Dolphin windows that
all show nothing and have to be individually closed.
