xosview in feisty ignores /etc/X11/app-defaults/
strace output shows only these searchpaths:
open("/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/app-defaults/XOsview", O_RDONLY) = -1 ENOENT (No such
file or directory)
open("/usr/openwin/lib/X11/app-defaults/XOsview", O_RDONLY) = -1 ENOENT (No
