f-spot 0.5.0.3 crashes on attempt to export to facebook
My terminal output - Jaunty 64-bit -
launched f-spot and attempted export to facebook:
(f-spot:8049): GdkPixbuf-WARNING **: GdkPixbufLoader finalized without calling
gdk_pixbuf_loader_close() - this is not allowed. You must explicitly end
Well, it DOESN'T work for me in Karmic Alpha 4 :-(
F-Spot Version: 0.6.1.1
Facebook Plugin Version: 0.6.0.5
Starting f-spot from command line with f-spot --debug brings me this
when I click Picture - Export - Facebook :
Marshaling activate signal
Exception in Gtk# callback delegate

I compiled the (relatively) new F-spot from SVN
Jaunty, f-spot 0.5.0.3 --- bug
Jaunty, f-spot 0.6.0.0 --- bug fixed
It now works! Thanks developers!
However when compiling I had to work around the fact that the build-dep
mono dependencies for f-spot 0.6.0.0 were wrong in the Jaunty repos.
See
f-spot version on karmic is 0.6.1 so the bug is fixed there, marking
this as fixed.

affected by bug #405005 rather than this one. The exceptions that

So I am trying to utilize F-Spot SVN. I am trying to compile on hardy
but am running into problems:

I am able to reproduce using the same steps. This is really annoying, a
workaround would really be appreciated ASAP as without it one cannot
export to Facebook at all.
Here is a debug trace (f-spot --debug) from the point i clicked the 'OK'
button in the message box. Hope this helps:

I'm experiencing this issue in Jaunty. To reproduce, I
- Open F-Spot
- Select Image
- Click Photo / Export To / Facebook
- Click Login ( Firefox reports that I am logged in )
- Click OK
- F-Spot exits
