Public bug reported: Having tried an upgrade from 8.10 to 9.04 Alpha/Beta/RC and subsequently a fresh install of 9.04, my Nvidia Geforce2 graphics card isn't detected and there is no option to use a restricted driver.
I've also got a laptop with an NVidia Geforce2 Go card which is detected and the restricted driver is available. LSPCI lists the undetected card as:- 01:05.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV15BR [GeForce2 Ultra, Bladerunner] (rev a4) There were no problems with card in 8.10, that was fully detected and the hardware driver available.
