Please purge and reinstall the pulseaudio package:
sudo dpkg -P --force-depends pulseaudio
sudo apt-get -f install
You appear to be using a misconfigured /etc/pulse/default.pa. We need
you to reproduce the symptom using a pristine configuration file.
