As far as I know, Banshee uses a custom list view, so fixing the
standard column widget in GTK+ is a bit of a separate issue. If there
isn't a report open for GTK+/Nautilus/Rhythmbox/(probably) Evolution, it
might be good to open one.

This doesn't just affect Banshee but other apps using the same control,
such as Rhythmbox and Nautilus.
Have just updated to Ubuntu 10.10 and still this issue persists.
Any chance of escalating this one?
