Same problem with HP dv2 1010eo.
No sound in loudspeakers but sound in headphones.
Hardware info (lspci -v):
00:14.2 Audio device: ATI Technologies Inc SBx00 Azalia (Intel HDA)
Subsystem: Hewlett-Packard Company Device 3054
Flags: bus master, slow devsel, latency 64, IRQ 16
Have no sound except through the headphones on HP Dv2-1030 notebook. Is
this the same hardware that's in the dv2-1010?? Tried various
workarounds.
I am running Jaunty amd64..
