UPDATE:
I was able to successfully add a SAMBA printer by running system-config-
printer from a command line and then using the gui. I'm not sure if
this is a viable workaround or just dumb luck.

I'm seeing the exact same issue, although the exact error changes, but
it's always a segfault in python. Here's 2 different errors that I got.
