So what does all this mean? How does it help me have a working version of
Linux?
You have great potential with this software to usurp Microsoft and aid in
secure computing but having to be a 'geek' to understand anything is
suicidal.

there is indeed a wubi icon which brings up the interface that is

look a lot like bug #199161.
