What happenned?
-- When playing videos (avi, mpg, DVD, etc) full screen in
mplayer/smplayer/totem, a system event that causes notify-osd display a
notification causes the screen to flicker badly. The entire screen momentarily
displays the desktop while the notification is displayed.
What is expected to happen: Notification popup should not interfere with
the fullscreen video playback.
