Today I auto updated to kernel 2.6.28-15 and also allowed the bluez updates to 4.32-Oubuntu4.1. After the update I rebooted once and fully shut down and brought the pc back up. The blue tooth MS 5000 mouse paired automatically both times. It looks like this issue has been resolved. Thank you! -
