Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.28-11-generic

Since updated to Ubuntu 9.04 from 8.10 I have been receiving lots of "APIC 
error on CPU0: 40(40)" messages in my syslog.  This didn't appear in 8.10.  
Adding noapic to grub options at startup removed the message, but also disabled 
the ability for the computer to completely shut off when Shut down is selected. 
(Ubuntu would completely stop but power isn't turned off)  My kernel version is 
2.6.28-11-generic.
