has the patch file been updated after the release?? Because I downloaded
the patch from
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openssl/
and in my Patch file I got this

+++ openssl-0.9.8a/engines/openssl.ld
@@ -0,0 +1,15 @@

+
and I just re downloaded it and now it the patch looks correct
