Updated bzr branch lp:~robert-ancell/gcalctool/ubuntu with the requested

changes to list the settings that will be reset (they are all minor).

oh, could you also use bzr to do the update? it makes work and review
easier, apt-get source tell you have the bzr location to use

thank you for your work there, some notes:
- the new version doesn't seem to use libglade but the control.in still has a
build-depends on it
- could you copy the NEWS summary to the changelog?
- it would be nice to rebase on debian too
the migration note seems something which is an issue what set
