Actually this isn't a bug as far as I can see. You aren't ever rounding
the numbers to a certain precision you are just displaying them to a
certain precision. If you add ROUND(BLAH,2) to various cells it causes
the numbers to come out the way you want them to.

I certainly cant argue with the file you attatched and it is certainly
wrong.
But without the dollar sign, and the commar the sum works. Which seems
a little odd to me.
Despite this however, it did give you an incorrect result and therefore
