I am having the same problem both with upgraded (8.10 -> 9.04) and fresh install of 9.04 amd64. Basic Microsoft USB Mouse will will freeze randomly, typically when running Banshee and / or firefox. I have not experienced the problem on 32bit version. Running ASUS M3N-H with Phenom AM2 quad chip.
