NetworkManager used to detect most phones I connected to my PC, so I
could use them as Mobile Broadband modems. But today, after updating the
system, they are not recognized by NetworkManager anymore. The kernel
detects the device correctly and ttyACM0 is added. I can communicate
with the phones us
Don't expire this, instead please fix it. Network-manager doesn't see
modems anymore and tethered phones present as modems. This is a
regression.
I see that mobile broadband is a tab in network-manager, except there is
no way to specify the device to use, and apparently it also ignores
modems.
