The Open URL and Copy Link Address items only appear if you have right
clicked on a URL or email address (or other thing that is underlined
when you mouseover it)

I think copy/paste should be kept at the top, since they are the most
frequent actions.

think we can do it with some careful re-ordering of the context menu.
