I am still not able to play movies or sound in impress. However, all those files play in other movie players such as vlc, Dragon Player and kplayer. When starting Impress via the command line, I get the following errors: Just after launching Impress: error - missing word count in dictionary file

Ok, I investigated this problem further and found out that by installing the package gstreamer0.10-plugins-good, I was able to listen to mp3 and ogg vorbis files as well as inserting them into OpenOffice Impress slides. Furthermore, installing the package gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg allowed me to watch
