This looks like Flash bug. Flash is (was?) notoriously buggy with non-
Ascii characters under Linux. So whoever chooses to verify the bug
should try the latest and greatest Flash plugin first.

This is more of a question rather than a bug in xkeyboard-config.
I'll try to convert this to a question.

which shows which files you need to edit in order to add a custom layout, in
Ubuntu 10.04.

I'm realy apologise, it's my mistake. I forget the folder, where
base.lst file locate (I modificated it too on Intrepid to make Diktor
layout work). And I thought that it is /etc/X11/xkb (because I was
warned about my changes in base.xml files in this folder during update
to Jaunty) As base.lst
