Please sync dphys-swapfile 20061020-2 (universe) from Debian unstable
(main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Patch added in Ubuntu was submitted and accepted into this Debian version. No
other changes were made, so package can be safely synced.

dphys-swapfile (20061020-2) unstable; urgency=low
* Apply patch to remove maximal swapfile size. (Closes: #502200)
