Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kiconedit
Opening and closing various icon files with kiconedit works fine.
However, once you attempt to save edits or save as a different format,
it pulls up an error saying "there was an error saving to /home/"your
home"/(icon name).png" even using other formats will not fix this. The
version I'm running is 4.2.0 on KDE 4.2.2 Kubuntu 9.04.
