That was is, the theme was oxybird. I had though before it might have
been qt-curve and disabled that and still had the problem, had totally
forgotten about thunderbird theme.

Those were examples not what i needed.
Please change back to default theme and disable all addons, im betting it is
the theme since defualt theme does not show this issue.
Please give me the name of the theme you are using

I gave everything listed in the description and title except the
screenshot.
In the screenshot you can see all filters are unchecked, for me this is
enabled. If I checkmark them then they are off (inactive).
